We call you and ask you a host of question to make sure the boiler you want is correct for you home. Like the number or radiators you have, how many people live in your home, where is your boiler located and would you like it moved etc…

We ask for 5 photos of important photos of your system that will help our team of experts determine if there are any obstacles that could cause an issue such as asbestos in your flue, boiler or ceiling, do you like in a top floor flat that requires extra health & safety for our installers etc.

Then and only then will we give you a a ‘real’ fixed price. The price in our quote will never change meaning we take full responsibility. If there is anything we’ve missed in the survey and it requires extra work we cover the cost.

We are a national business with a network of local engineers across the UK on standby ready to fit your boiler.

Our engineers go through a strict onboarding programme before they can install a boiler. We check their technical ability and workmanship. What qualifications they have and what kind of experience they have. If they don't meet the BeSure standards we don’t onboard them.
